you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us
with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make
it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Financial Policy Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. We offer an extended payment plan on implant services. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards: Emergencies If you have a medical emergency, our office provides an on-call service, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
